100l Autoclave

The 100L Vertical Autoclave is a steam sterilizer for laboratory, medical, research and institutional applications.

It uses saturated steam under controlled temperature and pressure to sterilize instruments, glassware, culture media and other heat-resistant materials. The vertical chamber provides a practical solution for medium-volume sterilization.

All-Stainless Steel Build: Both the external unit body and the internal sterilization chamber are constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel for straightforward cleaning.
Features a bottom-mounted electric heating element directly submerged in water to generate steam efficiently.
Self-Expanding Gasket: Incorporates a specialized sealing ring that expands under internal pressure to maintain an airtight chamber seal during operation.
High-Precision Pressure Gauge: Mounted on the exterior panel to provide clear, real-time visual tracking of internal chamber pressure levels.

System checks water sufficiency via a low-water sensor before permitting heating element activation.
Cold air is systematically discharged downward through the exhaust path to replace it with saturated steam.
Chamber temperature is maintained at 134℃ under 0.22 MPa pressure for the duration set by the operator timer.
Pressure is safely vented down after the hold period concludes, followed by an audible buzzer signal indicating cycle end.

The cross-bar locking structure keeps the chamber closed during pressurized operation and provides a mechanical sealing barrier.
Low-Water Level Protection: A low-water level sensor monitors the heating condition. When insufficient water could cause dry heating, the system cuts off the heating power and activates an alarm.
A safety valve automatically releases pressure when internal pressure exceeds the allowable limit. A pressure gauge provides a direct indication of chamber pressure.
An audible buzzer alerts the operator when the sterilization or drying cycle is completed, reducing the need for continuous cycle monitoring.

The unit weighs 85 kg net and 110 kg gross, providing a reference for freight planning and handling.
Overall dimensions are 580 × 560 × 1290 mm, while packed dimensions are 680 × 680 × 1450 mm for transport planning.
The autoclave is secured and protected with moisture-resistant materials before shipment. Export wooden-crate packaging is used to reduce the risk of impact and moisture damage during transit.
